About Sarah

Sarah's genuine compassion and desire to see people grow shapes her approach to counseling. Life's problems may not get smaller, but we can grow our capacity to handle them. Sarah provides person-centered, trauma-informed, strengths-based care.

Sarah's work is grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when we feel understood, supported, and strong enough to trust that we can move forward. From her previous work in communications and design, Sarah brings creativity and experience in engaging people's stories—helping clients share what feels difficult to put into words. Counseling can provide an open, non-judgmental space to explore your story and where life has you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or alone.

Whether you are navigating a life transition, concerned about your child, or simply trying to find your way through this life and all that it is throwing at you, counseling can help. Feeling flooded by thoughts, feelings, or grief can be overwhelming, but greater steadiness is possible. It takes courage to take that first step, but it is worth taking. You will be met with kindness, understanding, and intentional support along the way.
